Trailer Sound Edit

In my first attempt at film editing I added sounds that fitted well into the trailer also I was able to edit the colour of the SFX to my liking. However next time I need to try and improve my work by adding more sound affects so the trailer doesn't look blank and empty.

Within my trailer i have used lots of different diegetic techniques like ambient sound that is played over the video when the runner falls down. I have also used lots of diegetic sound effects within my iMovie such as engine revs and a futuristic noise. My non-diegetic sounds include some of the original audio and the dialogue.

With iMovie i have discovered that not all diegetic and non-diegetic fit in over a piece of video so you have to think about your choice of sound effects before you put it over the video.
